Russia stands in solidarity with France after at least 84 people were killed in Nice in what French authorities have said is a "terrorist" attack, the Kremlin said Friday. "Russia is in solidarity with the people of France during these difficult days," Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov told reporters.
