Saudi King Salman will not attend a summit of Gulf leaders hosted by President Barack Obama next week at the Camp David retreat, ahead of a ceasefire in war-torn Yemen, officials said.
In a statement issued by Saudi Arabia's embassy in Washington, Foreign Minister Adel al-Jubeir said Crown Prince Mohammed bin Nayef would lead the Saudi delegation to the summit, which will also be attended by the king's son and the country's defense minister.
