At least 23 civilians, among them children, were killed Saturday in suspected Russian air strikes on a rebel-held town outside Damascus, a monitor said.
The raids hit central Douma, where several markets are held, and killed at least six children and seven women, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights said.
