German police have arrested three Syrians over a foiled IS plan to launch a suicide attack in the western city of Duesseldorf, prosecutors said Thursday. According to the suspects' plan, two attackers were to detonate suicide vests while others were to kill passers by with guns and other explosives, federal prosecutors said in a statement. |
