Turkey PM forms interim government including pro-Kurdish party

Turkish Prime Minister Ahmet Davutoglu on Friday formed an interim pre-election government that gives a pro-Kurdish party seats in cabinet for the first time.
Ali Haydar Konca will act as EU affairs minister and Muslum Dogan as development minister, Davutoglu said in a press announcement. Both are lawmakers from the pro-Kurdish Peoples' Democratic Party (HDP).
