Turkish security forces on Saturday killed four suspected Islamic State (IS) militants near the Syrian border in the southeastern province of Gaziantep, state media reported. The four IS militants were "neutralised" after they responded to a warning shot fired by security forces and opened fire themselves, the Anatolia news agency reported. |
