UN warns new Hungarian migrant law could lead to chaos

The UN's refugee agency on Tuesday warned that Hungary's tough new emergency migrant law, due to go into effect next week, could cause chaos if it was not implemented properly.
"It is important that the implementation of that legislation is well thought through... Otherwise that could lead to chaos after September 15 at the border," said the agency's Europe director, Vincent Cochetel.
