EU's Moscovici: Rapid Greek reforms 'key' to new debt accord

Concrete Greek economic reforms rapidly implemented are the key to unlocking a new debt rescue programme, EU Economic Affairs Commissioner Pierre Moscovici said Saturday.
"We have to have reforms which are put in place rapidly, that is the key to getting a (new) programme, to be able to tackle the debt," Moscovici said as he arrived for last-ditch talks on Greece's future in the eurozone.
