Germany withholds judgement on Greek proposals

Germany will not comment on Greek proposals for a fresh bailout plan until creditors have offered their judgement, government spokesman Steffen Seibert said.
"We cannot comment on their content yet," Seibert told reporters after Athens submitted last-ditch reform plans to creditors overnight.
"We will wait until the institutions examine them and express their opinion," he said, referring to the European Commission, European Central Bank and the International Monetary Fund.
