A bailout plan drawn up by eurozone finance ministers which sets brutal conditions for Athens is "very bad" but Greece cannot afford any delay in starting negotiations, a Greek government source said Sunday.
"The text in its entirety is very bad. We are trying to find solutions," said the source, adding that since Greece is running out of cash, negotiations must begin without delay.
