
CBS has announced the premiere dates for its lineup of original summer programs, including Zoo, Extant and Big Brother.
Hosted by Julie Chen, the 17th season of the reality competition series Big Brother will get a two-night premiere June 24-25.
Zoo, a freshman drama starring James Wolk and based on the bestselling novel by James Patterson, will premiere June 30. The show is about what happens when a wave of violent animal attacks against humans takes place across the globe.
Halle Berry's a serialized mystery thriller Extant is to return July 1. Season 2 of the drama follows astronaut Molly Woods as she discovers she has unwittingly put the human race on a path to destruction.
