Lebanese singer Dominique ordered to strip live on TV

Lebanese singer and former supermodel, Dominique Hourani has caused a stir by stripping on air. The 27-year-old Miss Intercontinental 2003 was asked to remove one piece of clothing on TV show Hadeeth al Balad (Talk of the Town) but it turned out she was wearing a three-piece dress! The costume meant she could unwrap in the studio but only show her belly. After the on-air striptease, Dominique turned to the audience to ask: “Are you happy?” Presenter Mona Abou Hamza insisted the singer had to remove one item of clothing while on the show to talk about her new video clip “Shiltako”. Dominique has been taking the Arab music world by storm since her controversial music video Farfoura came out in August 2005. Since then she has released two albums, headlined at the Arab American Festival concert in Arizona and dueted with Ali El Dik on the chart topping song Natoor.
