Maya Diab will go back to MTV

Lebanese singer and presenter Maya Diab told Arabstoday that the dispute between her and the Lebanese MTV media station is over. She confirmed that she will be back working on to her successful show, titled Heik Minghanni, very soon. She also pointed out that her television work will not affect her other artistic activities. She praised the experience of working on her music video with the director Said Marouk for her song, You Don’t Seem to Know Who I Am, saying: “we’ve put a whole movie in to just a few minutes, this is a major achievement.” Maya also noted that her concert alongside the prominent singer Ragheb Alama on the eve of the New Year in Beirut had an unusual and surprisingly high attendance rate.
