Muna Zaki demands to do her own stunts, creating her own drama

We knew she’s an actress, but, apparently, she’s a drama queen demanding her way too! Muna Zaki stars in a new MBC television drama “Asia” for the coming Ramadan marathon. The character based off a real story in Bucharest, Romania requires many stunts that the stubborn actress has insisted performing without a stunt double. All attempts made by the producing company to convince the Egyptian actress to have a stunt artist play the role failed, and so the company was forced to acquire an insurance policy for half a million on Muna. The drama is a social action drama about a young lady named ‘Asia’ that works as an artists and gets in an accident that causes her amnesia. After the accident, Muna begins working as a dancer to make ends meet. The story is written by Abbas Abu Al Hassan and directed by Mohammad Bakir. Actors Basem Samrah, Hani Adel, Maha Abu Ouf, Mahmoud Qabil, Sayed Rajab, Nisreen Amin star alongside the drama queen.
