U.S. cable network Nickelodeon says it has ordered a fourth season of its music comedy series "Big Time Rush." Production on the fresh run of 13 episodes is to begin in early 2013 in Los Angeles. The series chronicles the adventures of four musicians and best friends "living the dream in Los Angeles, balancing their new-found fame, fans, music and girlfriends," a synopsis said. It stars Kendall Schmidt, James Maslow, Carlos Pena and Logan Henderson, who also perform live together for "Big Time Summer Tour" concerts in the United States, Canada and South America. "Our viewers continue to love the stories, music and comedic misadventures of Kendall, James, Carlos and Logan. Their authentic friendship and brotherhood connects them to each other and their audience, both on camera and when performing in front of thousands of screaming fans," Marjorie Cohn, president of original programming and development for the Nickelodeon Group, said in a statement.
