Syrian actress Sulaf Fawakherji has said to Arabstoday that she is preparing to play the parts of two Lebanese artists, Nazek and Nour al-Hoda, in the same show. Fawakherji said the roles would portray the artists at the beginning of their careers. She will play one character in each of the 15 episodes. She also said that the series will be directed by her husband, Syrian director Wael Ramadan. “I love presenting biographies on television shows,” Fawakherji said. She commented: “Presenting a modern character biography is more difficult than presenting a historic one, because there's a lot more effort i need to put in to look like the character to make it believable.” Sulaf has previously played singer Asmahan and Queen Cleopatra.
