Prime Minister Sherif Ismail chaired a meeting on Saturday to discuss reactivation of solid waste collection and recycling mechanism.
The meeting was attended by the ministers of housing, environment and local development.
During the meeting, Ismail reviewed the important projects of collecting solid waste and recycling.
He directed the ministers to reach success in the waste collecting mechanism all over the country.

Some factories convert the waste into compost to be used later in cultivating lands, he noted.
