The protocol came as part of the state plan to make use of agriculture drainage water and raise its efficiency.
In statements on Sunday, Moghazy said the accord aims at taking advantage of the agriculture drainage water in fish farming in New Valley governorate.
“New Valley is one of the most promising provinces in the field of agricultural production,” Moghazy said.
