Egyptian power deficit to hit 2025 megawatts Tuesday

Egyptian electric agency said on Tuesday power deficit was expected to hit 2,025 megawatts compared to 2,600 megawatts on Monday.
In a daily bulletin, the Egyptian Electric Utility and Consumer Protection Regulatory Agency said that the maximum power load today was projected to hit 25,500 megawatts, the same as yesterday.
The minimum power load Monday was 19,535 megawatts, it added.
Egypt is trying to reduce the consumption of electricity as many people complain of daily power cuts.
