
Qatar Electricity and Water Company discloses the semi-annual financial statements for the period ending June 30, 2014.
The reviewed financial statements for the period ending June 30, 2014 revealed a net profit of QR716 Million in comparisons to QR 637 Million for the same period last year.
The Company's Earning per Share (EPS) amounted to QR 6.51 as of June 30, 2014 versus 5.79 QR for the corresponding period in 2013.
The revenue growth for the first half of 2014 amounted to 2% (QR1.438 million compared to QR1.405 million for the same period of the year 2013).
These results announcement comes after the Board of Directors of the company held its third meeting yesterday evening in 2014 under the chairmanship of HE Minister of Energy and Industry and Chairman of the Board of Directors Dr. Mohammed bin Saleh Al Sada.
