
H.H. Sheikh Saud bin Saqr Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Ras al-Khaimah, has been briefed on the strategic plan and programmes of the Federal Authority for Electricity and Water and the new projects being implemented in the emirate for the development of the electricity network. Sheikh Saud made the remarks when he received Suhail bin Mohammed Faraj Faris Al Mazrouei, Minister of Energy and Chairman of the Board of the Federal Authority for Electricity and Water, accompanied by Saleh Mohammed Saleh, Director-General of the Electricity and Water Authority. The meeting discussed a number of new projects currently undertaken by the authority in Ras al-Khaimah to increase the capacity of the electricity and water networks. The meeting was attended by a number of senior officials.
