
Al Hamad Automobiles has launched in Qatar three new JAC passenger coaches. They are the JAC HK6700K 28-seater and JAC HK6738K 30-seater buses from the semi-luxury series and JAC HK6867H 34-seater bus from the luxury series.“The new coaches feature high safety and comfort features while providing a cost effective transportation solution,” an official said. The JAC HK6700K 28-seater bus can accommodate 27 passengers and a driver. High-back 21 seats and six folding seats are provided for passengers, all equipped with seat belts. Diesel engine, manual transmission, power steering, leaf spring suspension, air brakes, auto folding passenger door, folding curtains, radio, sunvisor, defroster, one side luggage rack, and a 12,000W high power air-conditioner are among the features. “With a low turning radius, compact size and higher performance, it is most ideal for schools, and inner-city transportation of staff,” an official of Al Hamad Automobiles said. The JAC HK6738K 30-seater bus has high-back fabric seats with seat belts and all the features of the HK6700K 28-seater in addition to a 4,212cc engine, making it ideal for short and long distance trips. The JAC HK6867H 34-seater luxury bus accommodates 32 passengers and a driver and co-driver. High back luxury reclining seats, with seat belts, YC Euro II engine with 162hp and 5,200cc, ZF transmission, air suspension, WABCO ABS + auto slack adjuster, pneumatic out-swing passenger door, folding curtains, sealed side windows, two sides inner luggage racks, reversing monitor, television, radio+CD player, drinking water cooler, auto-type rear view mirror, and 22,000W air-conditioner with defroster are among the features. “Quality service, prompt delivery and competitive rates are the key factors for the success of JAC vehicles in Qatar,” the official claimed. A wide range of JAC trucks ply on Qatar since 2000, and the JAC truck population has grown manifold since last five years. Al Hamad Automobiles has a team of dedicated personnel for the new coaches and a special team of engineers from JAC Coaches are permanently stationed in Qatar to oversee the after-sales service. “There would also be a dedicated mobile service team to give service at-site for the JAC Coaches,” the official added. from gulf times.
