Last week, Autoweek introduced readers to the Reetz family and its 1948 Ford pickup project that was built over just one summer month. In this video, the Reetz men took their father and his custom-built 1930 Model A Coupe from Bismark, N.D., to Highway One on the West Coast of California to fulfill one of his long-held dreams. “In the summer of 2011, my dad, my brothers and I set out on an epic adventure,” filmmaker Shane Reetz narrates. “It had been hard to find time to spend with each other in recent years, so we decided to realize one of my dad's longtime dreams.” Take a trip along the Golden Coast with the Reetz men as they explore the West and their love of driving.
