
Royal Guard Commander Colonel Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa patronised at the Endurance Village today the concluding ceremony of "Hamad Hawks 2" joint drill and the third free parachute jump session which was performed jointly by the Royal Guard and British forces from October 1 to 22.
The exercise is part of the plans of Bahrain Defence Force to groom national cadres and equip them with the needed training in various weaponries. After some verses from the Holy Quran, a briefing was given on the stages of "Hamad Hawks 2" exercise and the free parachute jump session. Then, a short documentary was screened on trainings and practical applications in the free parachute jump session which displayed great dexterity and high professionalism of the graduates.
The Royal Guard Commander presented the graduates and top achievers with certificates and prizes of appreciation, praising their skillful performance and high competence.
