Bomb explodes outside Cairo university

An improvised bomb went off Wednesday afternoon outside Cairo University, causing several injuries.
The explosive devise detonated near a separate faculty building across the street from the university campus in Giza, the site of a previous deadly bombing, Al-Ahram's Arabic news website reported.
No reports of casualties are immediately available.
