
A Cairo University delegation chaired by Dean of the Institute of African Research and Studies Sayed Ibrahim Gaber is currently visiting Nigeria to discuss Aspects of cooperation with the Nigerian universities.
In statements to MENA, Egyptian cultural attaché Ahmad al-Thaqaby said the delegation paid a visit to Umaru Musa Yar'Adua University in Katsina, north of Nigeria, where the two sides agreed on the re-signing of a memorandum of understanding to facilitate the study to the Nigerian students at the institute and increase their number.
The delegation also visited the Egyptian Cultural Center in Kano to follow up its efforts in supporting the cultural cooperation between Egypt and Nigeria.
