
The University of Bahrain (UoB)'s Faculty of Engineering is inclined to boost its capabilities in the program of precision systems engineering and control of industrial processes, commensurate with market needs, as one of the most innovative and unique engineering course programs in the Kingdom of Bahrain and the region. A survey conducted by the UoB's Chemical Engineering Department on its alumni showed more than 70% of its graduates have found job within the first five months after graduation. The program was established in its present form in 2001 and includes three key sections: measurement systems, control processes and industrial processes. The faculty teaching staff who founded the program include the University of Bahrain's Chancellor Professor. Ibrahim Janahi (Ph. D), Dean of Engineering Faculty Professor. Nader Al-Bastaki (Ph. D) and Director of Engineering and Technological Studies Center Professor.
