The first Arab girl forum will take place on Tuesday for a week, organized by the Arab Women Organization and the Egyptian Youths and Sports Ministry.
The forum activities will be held in Cairo, Ismailia and Sharm El Sheikh, AWO Director General Mervat el Tellawi said.
The opening session will take place at the Arab League HQ and will be attended by Arab League Secretary General Nabil el Araby and Youths and Sports Minister Khaled Abdel Aziz.
The forum will discuss challenges facing Arab girls in the society and the importance of the role of women in preserving national security and achieving comprehensive development, she said.
