
Deputy Permanent Representative of Bahrain to the UNESCO, Bahrain's Embassy Cultural Attaché in Paris, Najoud Yusuf Al-Dosari, today gave an introductory lecture on the Kingdom of Bahrain and Bahraini women's empowerment and status supported by Bahrain's leadership and Supreme Council for Women.
The lecturer's participation comes at the invitation of the Centre for Applied Linguistics (CLA) of University of Franche-Comté, France, marking International Women's Day, which coincides with the month of Francophonie.
She spoke about teaching French language in public schools and University of Bahrain, and the role of the Francophone community in Bahrain.
