Security footage in a Harris County, Texas, home shows a burglar stealing money from a family's home, but it turns out he took something a little more disturbing — their peace of mind. The Le family was notified April 5 by a neighbor that Thinh Le's laptop and briefcase were discovered in the neighbor's yard. The items had been in the Le family home the night before. Upon reviewing security footage from cameras set up inside and outside the home, Thinh Le discovered a young man, who appears to be between 16 and 18 years old, pilfering through his house and standing over his sleeping toddler. At one point the teenager even looks directly at one of the cameras, apparently aware of their existence. "He's really gutsy," Le said. "He looked up at some of the cameras and saw and made some statement that I'm here and don't care." The most disturbing part of the footage shows the teenager standing over Le's sleeping son. "I was infuriated when I saw him in my baby's room," Le said. The Harris County Sheriff's Office is asking for the public's help in identifying and capturing the teenager. He is described as Hispanic and wore a New Era baseball cap with a San Antonio Spurs logo on it. He has what appears to be Asian characters tattooed behind his right ear.
