Girl killed in sniper attack on her car in Libya's Derna

A 15-year-old girl was killed and her brother injured when snipers targeted their car in Libya's Derna.
Salma Akram was in the car when a Daesh sniper opened fire at her in the 400 neighborhood, a local source said Wednesday.
Daesh militants are surrounded in the 400 neighborhood by elements of Abu Salim Brigades, who control entrances to and exits of the area, the source said.
