International Humanitarian City authority chaired by Princess Haya

In his Capacity as Ruler of Dubai, UAE Vice President and Prime Minister His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum has issued Decree No. (5) of 2015 forming the Board of Directors of Dubai International Humanitarian City Authority.
The Decree names Her Royal Highness Princess Haya Bint Al Hussein, wife of UAE Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, as the chairperson of the board.
The Decree also names Ibrahim Mohamed Bumelha as Deputy Chairman and appoints eight board members: Abdullah Ahmed Al Habbai, Abdullah Abdul Rahman Al Shaibani, Major General Mohammed Ahmed Al Marri, Helal Saeed Al Marri, Hisham Abdullah Al Qasim, Saeed Mohamed Hareb, Dr. Mohammed Ateeq Al Falahi and Hamad Saeed Al Shamsi.
Pursuant to the Decree, the Board of Directors shall be valid for three renewable years.
The decree is effective as of 19th December 2014 and shall be published in the Official Gazette.
