A group of Palestinian women and girls staged a sit-in Monday in front of Al Aqsa mosque protesting their ban from entering the mosque for the sixth day in a row.
The protesters held signs asserting their right to pray in the mosque.
The Israeli police on the gates of the mosque bans women and girls of all ages from entering it.
