Polish, Egyptian societies similar in women-related issues

Polish Ambassador to Egypt Michal Murkociński said on Tuesday the Polish and Egyptian societies are similar in terms of the role of religion and norms in women-related issues.
He said the civil society organizations are playing a major role in empowering women in the society.
Democracy can not be achieved without women's participation, the ambassador said, addressing a symposium in Cairo
