
President of South Korea, Park Geun-hye, who in the UAE on an official visit, has inspected South Korean destroyer, Dae Jo Yeong, which is taking part in the international anti-piracy efforts in the Red Sea.
President Park also gave a talk to the South Korean troops aboard the 4,400-tonne destroyer which anchored Friday morning at the Zayed Port in Abu Dhabi.
The South Korean president was received at the port by Deputy Commander of the UAE Naval Forces, Rear Admiral and Pilot Sheikh Saeed bin Hamdan bin Mohammed Al Nahyan.
