
The Arab Internet Governance Forum (AIGF) kicked off here today its second annual meeting with the participation of more than 250 experts and specialists in the area of information technology and communications, representing 22 Arab countries, including the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, as well as representatives of some relevant regional and international organizations. Minister of Communications and Information Technology, Eng. Mohamed Jamil bin Ahmed Mulla led the Saudi delegation to the forum which discusses issues of public policies related to Internet governance to achieve an international management for the Internet and promote access to it, as well as to bolster its security, stability and development.
