Syria wins appreciation award in international Olympiad for physics

The Syrian Scientific Olympiad has gained a new international scientific achievement, when the student Osama Qarqout got an appreciation award in the international Olympiad for physics that was held in Kazakhstan from 12 to 19 of the current month.
This award is added to many other achievements gained during the current year, the most recent of which a silver medal and an appreciation award in the international Olympiad for mathematics in the Olympiad organized by Kazakhstan for Asia and Pacific Ocean countries last May.
