Samsung Gulf Electronics on Wednesday launched the 2012 Samsung Smart TV line-up that is set to redefine the way in which consumers manage their home entertainment experience and interact with their television sets. The new launch brings amazing features like TV’s operation is controlled through voice besides using it for browsing and gaming as well. Voice control features enable users to command the television set to on, off mode, volume up and volume low etc. Not only this, the television set accepts command to change the channel besides giving a variety of options to play online games, logging in the social networking website - facebook - with special feature of face identity which is possible through TV’s built-in camera. User’s palm movement like closing the fist and opening is similar to using the computer mouse for scrolling the files up and down. Commenting on the launch, Vinod Nair, GM TV Business, Samsung Gulf Electronics, said: “Samsung’s latest Smart TV line-up stems from our vision to provide consumers with the most innovative products in home entertainment. This unbeatable portfolio of Samsung Smart TVs will provide an interactive, personalised experience beyond just web browsing and broadcast television.”
