
Alpen Capital along with Bank Sarasin-Alpen celebrated their sustainability week recenltly across all locations. The week titled “Let’s Go Sustainable” was designed to encourage employees to adopt a more sustainable approach in their day to day activities and contribute towards a more sustainable future. This is the second year the organisations have put together a week focusing on sustainability initiatives. The aim of the week was to educate staff on the concept of sustainability and remind them of how small actions can make a difference. The week covered various activities such as mobile recycling and a clothes drive. Employees across all locations also came together for a tree planting activity in partnership with the Emirates Environmental Group (EEG) which is a group dedicated to protecting the environment through education, action programmes and community involvement. RohitWalia, Executive Vice Chairman & CEO, Bank Sarasin-Alpen Group, said: “Sustainability is a very important part of our organisation culture. Through the sustainability week, we hope to encourage employees to make small changes in their lifestyle which will make a big difference and help minimise the negative impact of our activities on the environment.”
