
The Industrial sector committee of the Bahrain Chamber of Commerce and Industry (BCCI) has recently held its regular meeting in the Chamber’s premises presided over by board member and committee head Mr. Abdulhameed Al Kooheji.
The committee endorsed visiting its counterpart from Asharqia Chamber of Saudi Arabia with the aim of strengthening liaison and cooperation and exchanging experiences.
The meeting also discussed collaborating with banks to facilitate remittances between Bahrain and GCC countries.
It also discussed holding an event to honour industrial companies in Bahrain to highlight their role in the national economy.
It approved holding a consultative meeting with companies exporting via King Fahad Causeway to identify obstacles facing them.
