President of IDB meets with Bangladesh minister of finance

President of the Islamic Development Bank (IDB) Dr. Ahmad Mohammed Ali received here today the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Bangladesh Abdul Mutaal Mughith, and his accompanying delegation, on the sidelines of IDB Council of Governors meeting and the bank's celebration of its 40th anniversary of establishment.
During the meeting, an agreement was signed whereby IDB will contribute with $ 20 million to co-finance an electric power project in the rural area of Barisal in Bangladesh.
