Crude oil opens higher in early trading

Light, sweet crude oil added 46 cents in early trading Thursday, climbing to $93.81 a barrel on the New York Mercantile Exchange. Henry Hub natural gas was off 3 cents to $2.896 per million British thermal units. Home heating oil was up 3 cents to $2.0194 per gallon. Reformulated blendstock gasoline was down less than a penny to $2.9757 a gallon. At the pump, the average price for a gallon of regular unleaded gasoline was $3.662 Thursday from $3.647 Wednesday.
