The Ministry of Electricity of Iraq has signed a contract with the French company Alstom to create a power station in Al Mansuriyah in a total cost of $ 539 million. Iraq''s Minister of Electricity Karim Aftan said in an interview for "Alsumaria News", on the sidelines of the signing of the contract with the French company, "the ministry today signed a contract with Alstom, the French for the processing and the establishment and operation of the power station Mansuriyah gas card is 728 megawatts," noting that "the total cost to implement the project amounting to $ 539 million project is ready and in a way."
