
Russia reduced oil supplies to Belarus in October by 26.8 percent (up to 1.115 million tonnes) as compared with September 2013, Central Dispatcher’s Supervisory Control reported on Tuesday. In September Russia supplied 1.521 million tonnes of oil to Belarus. A total of 587,600 tonnes, including 65,800 tonnes bypassing Transneft, were supplied to the Mozyr oil refinery. In October Russia supplied 527,700 tonnes of oil to the Novopolotsk oil refinery. Oil export to foreign countries has decreased by 3 percent in the 10 months of 2013 as compared with the same period of 2012 and reached 190.761 million tonnes. In October oil export amounted to 19.730 million tones. In addition, export of Russian resources reached 17.991 million tones and transit 1.739 million tones. Oil output in Russia increased by 1.2 percent in October as compared with the same period of 2012 and reached 44.773 million tonnes, the Central Dispatcher’s Supervisory Control reported on Tuesday. In the 10 months oil output has amounted to 434.911 million tonnes against 430.785 million tonnes in 2012.
