
Saudi Minister of Petroleum and Mineral Resources Ali bin Ibrahim Al Naimi, met here on Sunday with the Minister of State Administration for Energy in the People’s Republic of China Wu Xin Xiong and his accompanying delegation. Discussions during the meeting dealt with the current and future situations of the oil market, the importance of its stability, and the Kingdom’s influential and positive role in this stability to serve the interests of producing and consuming countries alike, especially the economies of developing countries, Saudi Press Agency SPA reported. The two sides also reviewed ways of developing bilateral cooperation between the Kingdom and China in the fields of petroleum, energy, mining, and environment, including the development of joint investments between the two countries.
