Crude oil prices held under $95 per barrel Tuesday in a week in which influential news is expected Thursday and Friday. Price movement may be cautious until later in the week, with the Energy Information Administration's weekly stockpile report delayed to Thursday due to the Memorial Day holiday. In addition, oil ministers of the Organization of Petroleum Exporting Countries are to meet Friday to discuss production quotas. On Tuesday, West Texas Intermediate crude oil prices added 81 cents from Friday to $94.81 per barrel. Reformulated blendstock gasoline gained 4.62 cents to $2.9062 per gallon. Heating oil shed 3.15 cents to $2.8445 per gallon, while natural gas prices lost 2.9 cents $4.211 per million British thermal units, up 4.2 cents. At the pump, the average price of a gallon of regular unleaded gasoline was $3.626 Tuesday, down from Sunday's $3.631, the AAA Fuel Gauge Report said.
