Iraqi speaker meets US envoy

Speaker of the Iraqi Parliament Salim al Jabouri said Iraq needs more security support and help regarding displaced persons and restoring services to areas freed from the terrorist group of Daesh.
During a meeting with US Ambassador here Stuart Jones, Jabouri said the governorates of Anbar and Saladin need more support to restore the victories made against terrorism.
The US envoy, for his part, underlined the US’ continued support for Iraq in its fight against terrorism and to restore security and political stability.
