The number passengers travelling through Doha International Airport (DIA) grew at the rate of 17.4% compared with 15.16% in 2011. DIA catered to more than 21 million passengers during 2012 and the number of passengers passing through DIA is expected to grow significantly in 2013. A DIA statement today said that the outlook for 2013 is anticipated to be very positive for Doha International Airport.
