Charminar is synonymous with Hyderabad. This iconic monument that stands tall with its proud four pillars in the midst of the Old City, is backed up by decades of history and countless evergreen stories. Nothing makes for a more beautiful sight at night, as you walk around the crowded lanes of the Old City, than this imposing and majestic structure that is a true wonder of Hyderabad. Tank Bund Drive past the Tank Bund or the Hussain Sagar Lake and you are bound to see a gang of friends, happy families and just about any kind of Hyderabadi sitting in front of the lake and staring into the peaceful nothingness, lost in thought.
