Well known Adler Thermae Resort and Spa is delighted to introduce the new Tuscany Walking and Biking Trails. This new network of trails runs through the Orcia Valley (a Unesco World Heritage site) and is at the doorstep of the Adler Resort. Working together with the Orcia Valley Association, the spa has developed a dedicated link which provides itineraries so walking or biking trips can be planned in advance. The website is set up so all data can be uploaded to a bike’s GPS and, for smart phone users, there is a free APP “Val d’Orcia” available including maps and itineraries that can be downloaded. The biking and walking trails are a natural addition to Adler’s long standing philosophy of naturally immersing yourself in Tuscany’s regional riches. Adler Thermae offers an unusual combination of adventures in the countryside, tastings of celebrated local wines and cuisine, bathing in the thermal waters and soothing treatments using the regional Tuscan products. For example the vino therapy, an anti-aging facial treatment use the Tuscan red grape; massages use the Oils from olives of the Orcia Valley’s trees, and local sheep’s milk and honey that have become the basic ingredients in a line of Tuscan treatments found only at the ADLER THERMAE. The guests at Adler are surprisingly diverse. There are many young, adventurous couples and singles wishing to escape the fast paced world. There are also the dedicated spa-goers who bath in the waters and take many of the 130 treatments available. And there are also very serious clientele who partake in the many nutrition and self improvement programs. Adler offers something very unusual; the balance of a good life and a healthy one.
